Okay so someone asked me if Riot refunds IP items, that means champions and runes.

Yes it is possible, but it must be within 30 days of the purchase. Say I bought Evelynn and didn’t like her (C WHAT I DID THERE, YOU CAN’T BECAUSE IT’S EVELYNN). You message Riot via this link, fill in your information say that you a champion and and your reason for not liking the champion. 

Then Riot will refund your items as soon as they can. I’ve been waiting for my one champion refund for 4 months now, so it takes time. 

(BONUS FACT: I got some IP boosts because they refund it “late”)

I don’t think RP -> IP refunds are available because NO.

I’m pretty sure that this still works.
