Some Ryze 101: Have smart cast on. A wild champion appears! Press Q on the champion. Yes, Q has to be first.  Then spam WEWERRWERWEW (spam T if you have nothing else to spam) When you see Q’s cool down is done, press Q again. Rinse and repeat steps 2 - 6.
